About Andrew

Andrew Williams has spent much of his life serving the Lord through teaching, preaching, discipleship, and encouraging others in their walk with Christ.

 

After a successful career as an architectural technologist and running his own architectural practice for many years, he sensed God's leading in a new direction and, in 2011, established LIFE Christian Bookshop in Weston-super-Mare.
More than simply a bookshop, LIFE has become a place of welcome, conversation,
prayer, Bible study, and fellowship. Through daily Scripture reading, teaching, and
listening to those who come through the door, Andrew seeks to share the hope of the gospel and help people grow in their knowledge and love of Jesus Christ.

Andrew has served in a variety of church leadership roles over many years, including
preaching, leading worship, youth and family ministry, home groups, and pastoral care. He holds a Foundation Degree (with Merit) in Mission and Ministry and has continued to deepen his theological understanding through further study.

Married to Lydia since 1988, Andrew is the father of six children and grandfather to nine grandchildren.

His desire is to faithfully teach God's Word, encourage believers, and point people to the saving grace of Jesus Christ.
